Prepared Meal: Savory Beef or Seafood Stuffed Crepes
Our house made crepes are light, tender and great to stuff with so many great ingredients. Often, we stuff them with traditional manicotti filling but for this pack we're kicking it up a notch with a choice of two savory fillings.
Menu:
- Homemade Crepes Stuffed with Braised Beef or Mixed Seafood with Mascarpone Cream Sauce;
- Romaine, Tomato and Cucumber Salad with House Vinaigrette;
- Homemade Focaccia with Olives, Capers and Chiles;
- Lemon and Hazelnut Tiramisu

Cooking Class: The Art of Chinese Dumplings
In households all over Asia, family members gather to make the tasty packets of tender dough and savory fillings. They are a delicious and satisfying addition to any Asian inspired meal. We'll take start to finish through the process of making each of the components and show you how easy it is to do at home. You'll then sit down and enjoy your creations with a tasty dipping sauce and a bowl of miso soup.

Parent/Child Cooking Class - Flavors of Mexico
Cooking with your child, enjoying family-friendly recipes and learning more about preparing healthy, delicious meals. In this fun and informative session parent and child will work side-by-side to prep and cook each of the items on the menu with the guidance of the instructor. The recipes are designed to teach basic techniques (knife skills, sauteing, sauce-making, etc.) that are beneficial to all ages. Each of the dishes prepared will enjoyed by the participants throughout the class. All equipment, recipes and ingredients are provided. Class runs approximately 2 hours and is geared for children over 10 years old. Price is for both parent and child.

Cooking Class: Sunday Brunch - Cinco de Mayo
Don't just eat brunch, experience it. Join us for a hands-on brunch class in honor of Cinco de Mayo. You'll prepare authentic savory recipes that are sure to start the day off right! The session begins with a South of the Border mimosa and then you'll work your way through Gorditas (a light, fluffy pastry stuffed with Mexican sausage) and an incredibly satisfying egg dish.

Cooking Class: Tacos and Margaritas
The most festive of drinks, margaritas, paired with a Tex-Mex classic, tacos and Mexican fare - what could be better? In this demonstration class and dinner see each course prepared while sipping on refreshing margaritas. The evening wraps up with a tasty dessert from Maryanne Pastry Shoppe. Warm weather is right around the corner and you'll be able to get ready party on the deck with these delicious recipes.

Date Night Cooking Class: Cinco de Mayo
Many of the dishes served in local Mexican restaurants do not accurately reflect the food of our neighbors to the south. True Mexican cooking uses a variety of meat, seafood, beans and vegetables flavored with rich moles and fresh sauces. With the variety of ingredients readily available today there's no reason why you can't put these dishes together at home.

We are headed back to New York City to explore exciting gourmet markets in three incredible neighborhoods. Our day begins at 7:30 a.m. with a continental breakfast at Conquering Cuisine. We'll leave promptly at 8 a.m. in a comfortable coach for a great day shopping and eating in one of world's great food cities. What better way to celebrate Mother's Day!
