Susan Forker grew up in New England but settled in Bucks County with her family. She works out of her studio in Doylestown, a civil war era barn that she moved onto her property and renovated. She finds inspiration in being surrounded by such rich history every day. In her work, she draws inspiration from the past. She uses carefully selected vintage paper imagery that she seals in resin. All of her pieces are unique and honor the stories of the images and materials used.
